Warranty summary

One-year workmanship coverage, with component terms spelled out.

The final warranty is supplied with the written quote and identifies the covered trailer, systems, start date, claim process and exclusions. The summary below is the standard starting point, not a promise that every component has the same term.

Limited workmanship warranty

Covered workmanship defects reported during the first year after delivery may be repaired or corrected at our option, subject to the written warranty, inspection and proof of maintenance.

Manufacturer parts coverage

Select refrigeration components may include manufacturer parts coverage for up to five years. The actual duration is determined by the selected equipment manufacturer and model. “Parts coverage” does not automatically include labor, diagnosis, travel, shipping or refrigerant.

Typical exclusions

  • Normal wear, consumables, maintenance and cosmetic damage.
  • Misuse, overloading, accidents, road damage, improper towing or unauthorized modification.
  • Incorrect electrical supply, generator quality, low voltage, phase loss or improper connections.
  • Loss of product, lost income, substitute equipment and other consequential loss.
  • Damage caused by failure to follow operating, defrost, cleaning or maintenance instructions.

How to start a claim

Stop operating equipment if continued use may cause damage. Call 800-884-8755 with the trailer VIN, component model and serial number, photos, operating conditions and maintenance records before authorizing third-party work.
