Before production starts
A written cancellation request received before materials are committed or production begins may be eligible for a refund, less any disclosed design, payment-processing or nonrecoverable third-party costs.
After materials or production begin
Deposits and progress payments may become nonrefundable once custom materials are ordered, fabrication begins or equipment is allocated. We will identify this point in the written order.
Delivery inspection
Inspect the trailer at delivery and document visible damage immediately. A warranty concern or shipping-damage claim is handled under the applicable warranty or carrier process and is not automatically a return.
3–5 business day refund timing
Once a refund is approved, we initiate it to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. This processing timeframe is not a blanket 3–5 day right to return a custom trailer.
